We believe and focus on the two most important things that help you succeed in most sports. The program is built for children who aren’t confident when it comes to sports or for children to gain a competitive edge in their sport.
We focus on all aspects of running from off the mark speed and agility to longer distance endurance running. This in combination with whole body strength work to help prevent injuries and enhance children’s sporting ability.
