At Bear Essentials we are a hybrid of sports and fitness training that will give children the best opportunity to perform well at any and every sport by following our 8 Bear Essential fundamentals.
We are passionate about sport and know the benefits and enjoyment it can bring to our lives.

Adaptable Teaching
We recognise that not all children develop skills and abilities at the same age. By individualising and differentiating every section of the program on children’s ability, rather than their age, we feel the most amount of learning can be obtained.
